Most of our products will be shipped from our VIC warehouse. We have tie ups with heaps of logistics companies such as DHL, Australia Post, Fast Way, Couriers Please, Aramex and many more.
Typical processing time is 24 hours MONDAY through FRIDAY. Delivery timeline within Australia is 3-5 working days depending on your location. If you're based in regional WA/NT - delivery could take up to 7 -10 working days.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing an order and another e-mail after your order has been shipped. The second email will contain the tracking information and instructions on how to track your parcel.
