For Home Decor, our objective is to make sure there is comprehensive satisfaction with our products. Should you wish to return your purchase, please follow the relevant information.

Faulty Goods

We are happy to replace goods that arrive faultily or damaged under our terms and conditions.

You must notify our Customer Service team within 3 days of receipt of the goods, and arrangements will be made for their return in line with our terms and conditions.

Broken Goods

Please email Customer Service a photo of the broken goods within 3 days of receipt to arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

At decorhome.com.au, we try to include all relevant information such as product detail, product description, images and videos to help our customer make the right purchase decision online. If you think the product doesn’t meet your expectations after it arrives, please return it to us in its original condition, including the original packaging. We will refund the cost of the product within 30 days.

Non-returnable items excluded from all change of mind returns include:

  • Products described as "made to order"
  • Mattresses, bedding, pillows and sofa covers
  • All forms of clearance stock (e.g. warehouse, floor stock etc.)
  • Clearance items
  • Personalised items
  • Gift Cards
